Return And Refund


If you are not completely satisfied with your Sense-PRO 1 for any reason, we will happily issue a full refund or an exchange; all refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

You may return Sense-PRO 1 to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Please see below for more information on our refund and return policy.
Only for purchases made on our online web site.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a full refund, your Sense-PRO 1 must be in its original condition with the sticker lid on it, it must also be in the original packaging. Simply send the Sense-PRO 1 back to us together with a receipt and order number.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return items please email customer service at support@sense-secure.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

As soon as they arrive here, we will credit the full value of the returned goods to your payment account.

 

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your payment account statement, depending on your payment provider company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exchange takes 1-2 days delivery in USA and 7 – 28 days outside the USA.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
